We get a lot of questions, some more than others. Below are some of those we get more often.

Products

Do you have nutritional information available for your products?

Yes. We run a detailed nutritional analyses on all products and would be happy to provide the information for any of our products.

Are any of your products gluten free?

We make products with gluten free ingredients, but our facility is not gluten free.

Are you a Kosher bakery?

No.

What should I know about allergen ingredients (nut, dairy, wheat etc.)?

We make nut and allergen-free products, but all our products are manufactured in a facility that processes nut, dairy and wheat ingredients.

Orders

How do I place an order?

Current customers can call, email or fax in orders. See our Retailers page for more information and to download order templates. Online ordering will be available summer 2015.

How do I become a customer?

New customers are required to fill out the New Customer Request form and submit it for processing. You can either download and send the form from the Retailers page, or call us at (952) 943-8008 to set-up an account.

Delivery

What is the cut off time for delivery?

2pm Monday through Friday for next day delivery, 12pm noon Sunday for Monday delivery.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

Yes, but only on Saturdays.

Do you do catering?

Not at this time, no.
